- •Contribute to procurement professionalization and digitization
- •Define sourcing methodologies, governance, and KPIs
- •Create category roadmaps and TCO logic
- •Analyze supplier landscapes and sustainability criteria
- •Shape supplier segmentation and SRM routines
- •Manage performance reviews and risk mitigation
- •Align with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams
- •Translate requirements into scalable sourcing strategies
- •Manage supplier discovery and RFx processes
- •Execute benchmarking and award decisions
- •Negotiate pricing, frameworks, and contract terms
- •Collaborate with Legal and Finance on contracts
- •Drive supplier qualification and continuous improvement
- •Optimize availability, quality, and lead times
- •Build European partnerships and manage supply risks
- •Design scalable Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay processes
- •Define roles, approvals, and procurement standards
- •Develop playbooks and templates for negotiations
- •Build spend transparency and KPI frameworks
- •Create decision-ready dashboards for performance tracking
- •Identify and implement process automation opportunities
- •Improve data quality and process compliance
- •Create change narratives and communication plans
- •Develop training formats for new tools
- •Facilitate workshops to enable stakeholder adoption
