- •Consult with scientific and operational staff on technical issues
- •Monitor and evaluate clinical assays for scientific performance
- •Provide technical training for scientific and operational staff
- •Advise departments like Project Management on scientific matters
- •Contribute to long-term departmental planning and technical policies
- •Manage scientific vendor relationships to improve capabilities
- •Participate in client visits and deliver professional presentations
- •Stay current with scientific literature and industry trends
- •Promote laboratory capabilities at conferences and symposia
- •Respond to urgent client needs and unscheduled deadlines
