  • •Consult with scientific and operational staff on technical issues
  • •Monitor and evaluate clinical assays for scientific performance
  • •Provide technical training for scientific and operational staff
  • •Advise departments like Project Management on scientific matters
  • •Contribute to long-term departmental planning and technical policies
  • •Manage scientific vendor relationships to improve capabilities
  • •Participate in client visits and deliver professional presentations
  • •Stay current with scientific literature and industry trends
  • •Promote laboratory capabilities at conferences and symposia
  • •Respond to urgent client needs and unscheduled deadlines
