- Post-train large multi-modal models to align with human intent
- Enhance model performance, safety, and efficiency
- Drive the research lifecycle from conception to production deployment
- Collaborate with leadership to shape technical strategy for foundational models
- Build external collaborations with academic and industrial partners
- Set standards for experimentation, reproducibility, and model evaluation
- Collaborate with Engineering, ML Platform, and HPC teams for model updates
- Mentor senior scientists, researchers, and engineers
