- Understand compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Shape the AI interaction model
- Set the UX standards for AI in Cockpit
- Design copilot-style assistance and agentic task execution
- Ensure AI feels trustworthy and natural
- Build the evaluation and governance framework
- Establish quality bars and accuracy thresholds
- Define governance guardrails for compliance work
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
- Align with CPO, CTO, and CEO on strategy
- Integrate AI capabilities into Compliance Cockpit
- Operate with startup speed and agility
