Senior/Staff Golang Software Engineer(m/w/x)

Requirements

  • •Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
  • •3+ years of experience in Go (Golang) development
  • •6–7 years of general software development experience
  • •Competence in building and maintaining robust, scalable services and APIs
  • •Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure, ideally Azure
  • •Understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL and DynamoDB
  • •Quality-focused mindset and collaborative, eager-to-learn attitude
  • •Proficiency as an AI user
  • •Experience with ClaudeCode (preferred)

Tasks

  • •Collaborate with Frontend teams to build GraphQL APIs
  • •Ensure smooth integration across platforms (Web & Apps)
  • •Take end-to-end ownership of your work
  • •Build concepts, implement, test, deploy, monitor, and iterate
  • •Troubleshoot live issues and identify root causes
  • •Deliver fixes to prevent recurrence
  • •Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
  • •Adhere to best practices and coding standards
  • •Design, develop, and maintain Tier-1 backend services
  • •Continuously improve systems, tools, and development practices
  • •Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
  • •Engage in knowledge-sharing sessions
  • •Ensure security, reliability, and GDPR compliance
