Tasks
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local GAAP
- Perform accurate statutory accounting
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Coordinate external audits
- Respond to audit requests
- Close audit findings timely
- Act as finance contact for banking, tax authorities, and external advisors
- Monitor balance sheet accounts
- Perform regular reconciliations
- Drive process improvements and automation
- Harmonize accounting processes across European entities
- Support finance transformation initiatives
- Enhance systems and SAP-related processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and SOX controls
- Meet audit requirements
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to management and teams
