- Strong product instincts and structured thinking
- Ability to spot non-obvious opportunities
- Thrive in ambiguity, move fast, resourceful
- Workshop ideas with senior leaders, clear reasoning
- Actively follow emerging AI products and trends
- Stay plugged into AI ecosystem via podcasts, X, Reddit
- Previous founder or early startup employee experience
- Comfortable using AI coding tools, low-code/no-code
- Existing right to work in Germany or other country
- English language proficiency
Tasks
- Explore emerging AI shifts through hands-on experimentation
- Stay connected to the AI ecosystem via networks and platforms
- Identify unmet needs and future opportunities for n8n
- Rapidly prototype and validate new AI-native product ideas
- Operate with a scrappy, execution-first mindset
- Pull in necessary tooling and support to unblock progress
- Evaluate potential investments using structured thinking
- Validate ideas through user conversations and fast feedback
- Provide product intuition to navigate emerging trends
- Work closely with founder and Product leadership
- Pressure-test assumptions and evaluate opportunities
- Share insights with the wider organization
