Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related field
- Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, ideally in international corporate environment
- Strong expertise in compensation analytics, benchmarking methodologies, and salary survey tools
- Experience with HRIS systems and strong affinity for data and analytics
- Ability to translate complex compensation topics into clear, effective communication
- Excellent English skills; German or other European languages are an advantage
- Independent, structured working style with strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills
- High intercultural competence and comfort working in global matrix environment
Tasks
- Conduct market and salary benchmarking
- Analyze compensation data
- Develop data-driven recommendations
- Manage the annual compensation cycle (merit, bonus, STI/LTI)
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business leaders on compensation
- Assess EMEA benefits programs
- Design EMEA benefits programs
- Enhance EMEA benefits programs
- Manage benefits vendors
- Oversee benefits compliance
- Maintain job and career frameworks
- Develop job and career frameworks
- Ensure consistent job evaluations
- Ensure consistent banding structures
- Prepare Total Compensation Statements
- Deliver Total Rewards visualizations
- Create compensation dashboards
- Create KPI reports
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems (e.g., Employee Central)
- Advise HR Business Partners on compensation
- Advise leaders on compensation
- Advise on market competitiveness
- Advise on internal guidelines
- Lead regional rewards projects
- Contribute to regional rewards projects
- Lead pay-equity initiatives
- Contribute to pay-equity initiatives
- Lead incentive program improvements
- Contribute to incentive program improvements
