Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or related field
  • Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, ideally in international corporate environment
  • Strong expertise in compensation analytics, benchmarking methodologies, and salary survey tools
  • Experience with HRIS systems and strong affinity for data and analytics
  • Ability to translate complex compensation topics into clear, effective communication
  • Excellent English skills; German or other European languages are an advantage
  • Independent, structured working style with strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills
  • High intercultural competence and comfort working in global matrix environment
