- Deep understanding of media platforms, buying models, audience targeting, cross-channel activation
- Strong analytical capabilities, media measurement tools experience
- Proven ability to manage large budgets and agency relationships
- Cross-channel attribution models experience (advantage)
- Strong leadership skills, passion for mentoring
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

- Familiarity with programmatic buying, CTV platforms, audio sponsorships
- Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint)
- Fluent English
