Senior Specialist, HRBP, ESW(m/w/x)

Requirements

Tasks
- Provide counseling services to employees
- Interpret and advise on employee relations policies
- Support and organize hotline complaint investigations
- Partner with HR leaders on compliance initiatives
- Advise leaders as a trusted subject matter expert
- Implement strategies to elevate employee relations capabilities
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Communicate concisely across diverse cultures
- Follow regulatory standards and internal procedures
- Contribute to employee relations projects and initiatives
- Liaise between employees and management
- Advise on health and wellbeing policies
- Conduct witness interviews for disciplinary processes
- Collate findings and produce investigation reports
- Support stakeholders through formal disciplinary procedures
- Investigate timesheet irregularities and conduct matters
- Manage cases involving data loss or theft
- Oversee formal performance and capability matters
- Conduct in-person investigations into complex concerns
- Investigate harassment, discrimination, and workplace violence
- Provide recommended actions based on investigation findings
- Track and follow up on corrective actions
- Consult on hiring, terminations, and accommodations
- Implement action plans from investigation trends
- Address employee engagement and compliance opportunities
- Respond to internal employee hotline concerns
