Senior Specialist Customer Strategy & Personalization(m/w/x)
Developing omnichannel personalization strategies and customer engagement concepts for a major electronics retailer. Expertise in e-commerce, CRM, and data-driven marketing required. 30 days vacation, company pension, and employee discounts.
Requirements
- Studies in business administration, marketing, communications, economics, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in omnichannel (digital/offline), cross-channel personalization strategy, customer engagement strategy development, operationalization of strategic frameworks, business case development, and project management
- Expertise in e-commerce (Webshop, App), CRM, direct communication, loyalty programs, automation, customer journeys, personalized communication, recommendations, and/or analytics
- Understanding of data-driven marketing, customer loyalty, and personalization ecosystems (technology and data)
- Knowledge of current market trends (including AI)
- Strategic competence in developing mid- and long-term roadmaps
- Identifying quick wins
- Project management experience, including creation of business cases
- Generating measurable impact and customer value
- Experience in stakeholder management and communication
- Advanced proficiency in English
- German language skills (plus)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
Tasks
- Develop short-, mid-, and long-term customer engagement strategies
- Collaborate with the team to focus on customer growth, knowledge, and reactivation
- Create new concepts to enhance personalized communication and services
- Further develop existing ideas across all sales and communication channels
- Define requirements with IT departments and business stakeholders
- Assume PMO role in long-term cross-channel personalization projects
- Prepare business cases and associated roadmaps
- Create presentations and documents for business stakeholders and leadership
- Explore and evaluate innovative service providers and technologies
- Optimize time-to-market for strategic initiatives
- Prepare decision-making documents for management
- Optimize business processes
- Establish and evaluate KPIs and reporting structures
- Measure success of initiatives
- Collaborate with national departments (Sales, Marketing, CRM, Store Organization, Customer Care, Online, App)
- Collaborate with international departments (Product Team, Product Owner, Tech)
