- Identify payment discrepancies
- Coordinate payment resolution with customers
- Align payment resolution with Sales
- Work with Local Finance teams
- Manage customer dunning process
- Develop order release process
- Handle internal credit risk topics
- Manage external credit risk topics
- Support sustainable business operations
- Assist management with administrative tasks
- Contribute to cross-country operations
- Participate in international projects
- Provide backup support
