- •5+ years in IT or customer support organizations
- •1-3 years as a technical consultant or business analyst in ServiceNow delivery implementation
- •Good understanding of SQL, Java, XML, and web-based technologies
- •1+ years in implementing business processes to ITIL best practices
- •Fluency in German and English, another European language advantageous
- •Articulate and effective communication skills
- •Result-driven and customer-centric
- •Ability to inspire customer confidence through professional presence and self-confidence
- •Ability to multi-task and manage several accounts simultaneously
- •Demonstrated ability to influence and consult for business growth
- •Positive attitude in solving business and technical problems

- •Conduct design reviews and ensure data quality
- •Manage communication with external client teams during sales and post-sales
