- Proven experience of techno-functional leadership of BlueYonder WMS implementations or relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions
- Strong domain knowledge of Supply Chain organisation within Retail, Manufacturing, or 3PL
- Understanding or experience of agile methodologies concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive discussions on functional processes and technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of E2E execution workflows, architecture, integration, and project lifecycle
- Experience with any programming language and ability to read and work with code
- Windows/Unix basics and SQL experience
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in English
- German, French, Spanish, or Italian fluency highly desirable
Tasks
- Lead WMS transformational projects as the main point of contact
- Design advanced creative solutions, including integration and technical aspects
- Drive end-to-end implementation of the WMS solution and integrations from design to go-live
- Facilitate design workshops for internal projects
- Participate in critical phases of partner implementations
- Provide recommendations on supply chain execution solution architecture and requirements
- Define end-to-end workflows for WMS, TMS, WLM, WCS, and Warehouse Automation/Robotics
- Identify integration needs within execution systems and host systems like ERP and Replenishment Planning
- Collaborate with project managers in planning efforts
- Mentor and provide product-level leadership to the Customer Success team
