Description

In this role, you will collaborate with the MES consulting team to analyze customer needs, design tailored MES solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include consulting on process optimization, conducting training sessions, and serving as a key contact for clients.

Requirements

• •Completed studies in business informatics, manufacturing, business administration, or comparable practical experience
• •Many years of professional experience in consulting or project management in IT production control solutions
• •IT and process knowledge in manufacturing, automation, machine connection, or software development in MES
• •Good knowledge of MES standards (ISA-S95, S88), programming languages (Java, C#), databases (SQL, Oracle), Windows, WebServer (IIS), and cloud technology (AWS, Azure)
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation competence in German and English
• •Ability to work in a team, reliability, commitment, high flexibility, resilience, and structured functioning
• •Enjoyment of intensive intercultural cooperation

Tasks

• •Model, adapt, and implement MES solutions
• •Facilitate go-live at customer sites
• •Consult on redesign and optimization of business processes
• •Ensure optimal use of MES solutions
• •Estimate technical effort for customer requests
• •Define designs for implementation with software developers
• •Prepare and conduct user training and customer workshops
• •Implement customer and product demos
• •Evaluate projects for quotations
• •Serve as a contact for problem-solving and system extensions
• •Support project managers as an interface between developers and customers
