Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- English knowledge for analyzing technical documents
- Deep understanding of modern automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes
- Experience with software testing processes and methods such as ISEB / ISTQB / TMAP
- Familiarity with functional test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Locust, and Jenkins
- Good knowledge of Quality Assurance and Web Development tools, concepts, and methodologies
- Solid experience with Python or Java
- In-depth knowledge about the Agile Testing Process
- Good knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Kubernetes is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and curiosity in Quality Assurance
- Proactive and self-directed with initiative
- Determination to increase productivity through automation
- Fluency in Turkish and at least intermediate level in English
Tasks
- Build and design a robust automation system
- Monitor the software development lifecycle for quality assurance
- Predict testing processes and develop test strategies
- Attend internal client meetings to discuss project status
- Collaborate with departments on infrastructure and automation improvements
- Regulate hardware and software requirements for test setups
- Ensure quality of test documents and their structure
- Examine QA artifacts and reports from Quality Assurance Engineers
- Proactively identify and manage risks
- Develop test strategies based on new project requirements
- Support a culture of continuous learning and team growth
