Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
  • •English knowledge for analyzing technical documents
  • •Deep understanding of modern automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes
  • •Experience with software testing processes and methods such as ISEB / ISTQB / TMAP
  • •Familiarity with functional test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Locust, and Jenkins
  • •Good knowledge of Quality Assurance and Web Development tools, concepts, and methodologies
  • •Solid experience with Python or Java
  • •In-depth knowledge about the Agile Testing Process
  • •Good knowledge of Cloud Technologies and Kubernetes is a plus
  • •Problem-solving skills and curiosity in Quality Assurance
  • •Proactive and self-directed with initiative
  • •Determination to increase productivity through automation
  • •Fluency in Turkish and at least intermediate level in English

  • •Build and design a robust automation system
  • •Monitor the software development lifecycle for quality assurance
  • •Predict testing processes and develop test strategies
  • •Attend internal client meetings to discuss project status
  • •Collaborate with departments on infrastructure and automation improvements
  • •Regulate hardware and software requirements for test setups
  • •Ensure quality of test documents and their structure
  • •Examine QA artifacts and reports from Quality Assurance Engineers
  • •Proactively identify and manage risks
  • •Develop test strategies based on new project requirements
  • •Support a culture of continuous learning and team growth
