Requirements

  • •Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related technical field
  • •Professional experience as Senior Software Engineer
  • •Strong foundation in software engineering
  • •Excellent knowledge of C# /.NET
  • •Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Angular
  • •Experience with or interest in AI tools
  • •Experience with instruments or automation systems
  • •Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • •Openness to new technologies and learning
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • •Fluency in German and English

Bachelor's degree

Master's degree

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Develop and maintain complex software for laboratory automation
  • •Support the Product Owner with requirements definition
  • •Collaborate with Software Architects on design and architecture
  • •Implement and optimize software functionality and automated tests
  • •Perform code reviews and ensure documentation quality
  • •Evaluate and introduce AI-assisted development tools
  • •Ensure software performance, maintainability, and reliability
  • •Participate actively in a cross-functional Scrum team
  • •Coach and mentor less experienced engineering colleagues
  • •Integrate software with mechanical and embedded hardware systems
