Requirements

• •High proficiency in Java
• •Experience designing large-scale distributed systems
• •Experience building reliable observable systems
• •Ability writing fast maintainable code
• •Stakeholder management and communication skills
• •Proactive team player and mentor
• •Customer-centric and data-driven mindset
• •Excellent English communication skills
• •Experience with Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, or Solr
• •Experience with A/B testing and analytics
• •Experience with Node.js or Vue.js
• •Prior experience in e-commerce space
• •Prior experience in start-up environments

Tasks

• •Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists
• •Design and launch A/B experiments
• •Iterate on experiments to understand customer behavior
• •Improve the codebase, systems, and processes
• •Develop efficient and scalable technical solutions
• •Mentor team members and support hiring efforts
• •Work across the full stack using Java and Spring Boot
• •Utilize PHP, Vue.js, TypeScript, and SASS
• •Manage data with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL
• •Build with Kafka, OpenSearch, and Kubernetes
