Requirements

  • •8+ years of hands-on experience as a Software developer
  • •Proven track record in software development
  • •Strong interest in AI-assisted coding
  • •Fluency in agile methodologies and clean code principles
  • •Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Tasks

  • •Join the IDE Experience squad
  • •Contribute to SonarQube for IDE extensions
  • •Lead specifications for new features
  • •Write code and tests
  • •Mentor squad members through code review and pair programming
  • •Participate in roadmap definition and planning
  • •Become an expert on multiple extensibility SDKs
  • •Utilize Java, Kotlin, Typescript, and C# for IDEs
  • •Stay updated on AI-assisted coding tools and techniques
  • •Share findings and best practices with the squad
  • •Contribute to a safety- and quality-first culture
  • •Engage with the Open-Source community and integrate feedback
  • •Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives
  • •Share technical expertise with the squad
  • •Take on a fair share of the team’s workload
