Description

In this role, you will take charge of developing and scaling backend features while ensuring the reliability and security of services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with engineering teams, managing deployments, and mentoring fellow engineers to uphold best practices in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• •4–6+ years of professional software development experience
• •Strong proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, or deep experience in other modern backend languages
• •Hands-on experience with backend development
• •Strong experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• •Proven track record building and consuming APIs
• •Experience owning backend projects end-to-end
• •Solid experience with CI/CD tooling
• •Strong commitment to code quality and testing best practices
• •Experience mentoring others, leading technical decisions, or setting engineering standards

Tasks
