Senior Software Engineer - Backend(m/w/x)

Description

You will bridge the trust gap in AI by architecting high-scale backend systems and secure sandboxes that allow autonomous agents to rigorously test, validate, and self-heal code.

Requirements

• •8+ years experience building scalable systems
• •Strong AWS architecture and design skills
• •Proficiency in Java or Python
• •Experience with various LLM tools

• •Understanding of RAG and prompt engineering

Tasks

• •Architect the backend for Verified Autonomous Remediation
• •Design high-throughput decision logic for the Unified Remediation Engine
• •Build backend services to route requests between QuickFixes and LLM reasoning
• •Transition research concepts into resilient production-scale Agent code
• •Implement self-healing workflows for iterative code fixing
• •Architect secure sandboxed environments for AI-generated code
• •Design isolation layers to protect infrastructure during code iteration
• •Implement safety mechanisms and circuit breakers for request rerouting
• •Optimize AWS architecture for cost and performance scaling
• •Mentor the engineering squad through technical design reviews
• •Collaborate with research teams to ensure production-safe agent performance
