Senior Site Reliability Engineer(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive the reliability of the company's Vault Platform by building cloud infrastructure and leading incident response while mentoring peers and scaling systems for millions of users.

Requirements

• •5+ years of Java development experience
• •Operational experience in critical production environments
• •Ability to write clean, maintainable code
• •Experience with various open-source technologies
• •3+ years of relational database experience
• •Scripting proficiency in Shell, Python, or Go
• •Incident management leadership and communication skills
• •Proven record of team mentorship

Tasks

• •Build cloud infrastructure using development best practices
• •Ensure platform scalability for global customers
• •Lead incident triage and mitigation efforts
• •Perform periodic on-call duty for escalations
• •Develop automation tools to eliminate manual work
• •Provide full-stack diagnostics for production problems
• •Strategize with engineering teams on complex problems
• •Guide development decisions before feature shipping
• •Participate in engineering design reviews
• •Drive initiatives for operational efficiency
• •Partner with Product Management, Design, and QA
• •Develop backend systems across the technology stack
• •Communicate technical problems to diverse audiences
