- Integrate security policies with core infrastructure provisioning
- Automate authorization flows for regulatory compliance
- Maintain and improve Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)
- Support internal and external audits with technical evidence
- Identify and remediate gaps in access landscape
- Create monitors and alerts for access patterns
- Diagnose and resolve authentication and authorization issues
- Lead and promote technical discussions
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level engineers
- Review and improve team tool landscape
- Advance code quality, security awareness, and monitoring
- Build knowledge of production data and its analysis
- Generate learnings and follow up on incidents
- Understand and lead specialist activities
- Drive tech projects independently
- Bring architectural and technical debt issues into backlog
- Contextualize team delivery in a domain-wide view
- Build bridges to other areas
- Take full responsibility for work and projects
