Tasks
- Identify, analyze, and resolve high-value service and warranty cases
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the Case Handling Lifecycle
- Ensure contractual deliverables are met in TSA, SWA, and BoP agreements
- Coordinate and follow up on warranty inspection activities
- Assess asset condition affecting warranties
- Analyze reports, triggers, and findings for warranty impacts
- Facilitate further review of warranty-related issues
- Manage feedback and resources from Engineering
- Support warranty positions with Engineering input
- Interface on temporary or permanent works due to warranty claims
- Manage activities related to warranty claims with stakeholders
- Capture lessons learned on contract clause performance
- Provide lessons learned to Roadmap
- Define methods to improve service monitoring and warranty impact
