Senior SEO/GEO Manager(m/w/x)

Description

In this role, you will enhance digital visibility by developing GEO strategies, optimizing content, and collaborating on technical SEO. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring performance metrics and training stakeholders on best practices.

Requirements

• •Approx. 5 years of experience in SEO
• •Degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• •Experience with AI or generative systems
• •Strong knowledge of structured data formats (Schema, JSON-LD)
• •Detailed understanding of datasets and signals relevant to the SEO ecosystem
• •Strong analytical mindset with ability to define KPIs and make data-driven decisions
• •Proactive, structured, and independent working style with strong communication and collaboration skills
• •Team player with passion for digital innovation and emerging search technologies

Tasks

• •Develop and implement a GEO strategy to enhance visibility in generative AI systems
• •Create and optimize content such as FAQ pages, how-to guides, and blog articles for clarity and relevance
• •Implement structured data (Schema Markup) for machine-readable content
• •Collaborate with teams on technical SEO fundamentals
• •Build trusted mentions and backlinks from relevant LLM and AI sources
• •Monitor and analyze GEO visibility, defining metrics and reporting performance
• •Train internal stakeholders on GEO principles and develop best-practice content guidelines
• •Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality for measurable project success
• •Track trends, tools, and developments in GEO, AI, and search technologies
