Requirements
- Master's or PhD degree in cyber security, information security, computer application, or related majors
- At least 5 years of experience in vulnerability management, security incident response, or related fields
- Key roles in vulnerability-related industry/standards organizations
- Deep knowledge of incident response practice and local threat information sharing communities in Europe
- Track record of contributions to the emergency response community
- Fluency in written and spoken Business English
Tasks
- Plan and design business architecture for security incident response
- Analyze industry trends to enhance response capabilities
- Establish a collaborative security emergency response mechanism
- Maintain an up-to-date emergency response architecture
- Develop and implement cyber security emergency plans
- Support the development of vulnerability management and incident response ecosystem
- Identify ecosystem partners for collaboration
- Establish collaboration and emergency response mechanisms as needed
- Design the vulnerability management and threat management information system
- Plan and deploy key threat management technologies
- Research technical fields and trends related to threat management
- Manage and improve threat information management capabilities
- Gather insights to develop and maintain internal processes
- Align processes with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with European regulations
