- Build and maintain networks with internal and external experts
- Collaborate with external partners, including those in the USA
- Generate intellectual property (IP) to ensure technology requirements
- Adhere to regulations for safety, environment, quality, and confidentiality
- Represent team leadership at project meetings
- Assist in the professional supervision of employees
