Description

In this role, you will be at the forefront of biopharmaceutical research, developing and executing capillary electrophoresis analyses while collaborating with various teams to support innovative drug development for clients worldwide.

Requirements

• •University degree in analytical chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, (bio)chemistry, or related field
• •PhD related to separation sciences preferred
• •Minimum 5 years of industry experience with PhD or 9 years without PhD
• •In-depth knowledge of biopharmaceutical characterization by CE
• •Several years of hands-on experience with CE instruments from different vendors
• •Proven experience in developing, transferring, and troubleshooting CE analytical methods
• •Demonstrated project management skills
• •Strong lateral leadership capabilities
• •Hands-on, proactive mindset with openness to new ideas
• •Team-oriented personality with strong motivational and interpersonal skills
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Tasks

• •Develop and execute capillary electrophoresis (CE) analysis for clients
• •Support client project acquisition with expertise
• •Characterize biopharmaceutical molecules, including proteins and nucleic acids
• •Develop new CE methods and interpret data alongside other analytical approaches
• •Maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge in CE and related fields
• •Drive innovation in CE to address evolving business needs
• •Collaborate with business development, finance, and technical support teams
• •Lead assigned client projects, overseeing planning and implementation
• •Evaluate data and prepare reporting activities
