- Expertise in savory flavor development for various markets
- Expert knowledge in savory flavor raw materials
- Good knowledge of reaction flavors
- Very good understanding of EMEA legislations
- Willingness to travel (less than 20%)
- Good understanding of analytical data and methodologies
- Good understanding of flavor production methods
- Expertise in flavor development for encapsulation technologies
- German language skills (advantageous)
Tasks
- Develop new flavors proactively
- Develop new flavors for customer projects
- Ensure flavors meet legal and customer requirements
- Align flavors with company policies and guidelines
- Lead customer and internal flavor creation projects
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Support flavor upscaling upon request
- Create and deliver presentations for internal clients
- Create and deliver presentations for external clients
- Visit customers upon request
- Provide technical training to customers
- Provide technical training to internal teams
- Define and execute innovation projects
- Support Quality Control (QC) and Quality Management (QM)
- Support sensory projects
- Participate in sensory projects
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Stay updated on raw material developments
- Stay updated on legal changes in the field

- 10 - 15 years
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
