Senior SAP Developer / Architect(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Information, or comparable qualification
• 8–10+ years of professional SAP development experience
• Expertise in ABAP, RAP, HML, CDS, VDM, and OData
• Functional understanding of SAP modules MM, PP, SD, and FI
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5
• Understanding of SAP Clean Core and extension strategies
• Experience with SAP BTP and side-by-side extensions
• Strong analytical skills and structured working style
• Motivation for continuous learning and innovation
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
• Very good English and German language skills

Tasks

• Translate software architecture into detailed technical designs
• Develop code, unit tests, and optimized solutions
• Analyze business requirements to create robust SAP solutions
• Design on-stack and side-by-side architectures using SAP BTP
• Implement Clean Core principles in architecture design
• Develop custom SAP applications using ABAP and Fiori
• Maintain and enhance CDS and SAP UI5 applications
• Ensure code quality through reviews and automated checks
• Support testing activities with functional and business teams
• Perform root cause analysis and fix system defects
• Deliver performance improvements for existing and future applications
• Evaluate and adopt new SAP technologies like AI
• Define best-practice approaches for deployment scenarios
• Collaborate with consultants and managers on implementation projects
• Coordinate tasks and quality standards for developer groups
• Manage application roadmaps and technical architecture diagrams
