Requirements

  • Completed university degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Business Information Systems, or comparable
  • Extended process know-how in controlling, consulting, and application knowledge in SAP ERP/R3 and S4/Hana (FI, Co-modules, adjacent areas)
  • Experience in recording process requirements and process chains
  • Many years of experience in project management methods (PEP and agile)
  • Experience in project implementations
  • Very good moderation, communication, and documentation skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident and flexible demeanor
  • Analytical and strategic thinking
  • Ability to maintain overview in ramp-up phases
  • Willingness to travel
  • Hybrid work with office presence twice a week
  • Very good German (written and spoken)
  • Very good English (written and spoken)

  • Connect to corporate headquarters systems

  • Lead worldwide roll-out in HC companies
  • Provide support tasks
  • Train key users worldwide
  • Operate in international project environments
  • Lead higher-level IT projects
  • Implement SAP/R3 projects
  • Implement S4/HANA projects
  • Support internal customers
  • Exchange with other HC process areas
  • Exchange with RB headquarters finance/controlling
  • Exchange with other trading divisions
  • Support finance and controlling transformation
