- Lead worldwide roll-outs in HC companies
- Provide support tasks
- Train key users worldwide
- Operate in international project environments
- Participate in higher-level IT projects
- Implement SAP/R3 and S4/HANA projects
- Support internal customers
- Exchange with other HC process areas
- Exchange with RB headquarters finance and controlling
- Exchange with other trading divisions
- Support finance and controlling transformation
