Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business administration, economics, political science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally in defense, aerospace, or technology sectors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English (C1/C2)
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong familiarity with Bundeswehr structures, capability planning & procurement processes, and defense industry regulations
  • Interest in technology, defense, and geopolitics

Tasks

  • Develop and grow partnerships with the Bundeswehr
  • Lead and manage opportunities within the Bundeswehr
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Develop campaigns and strategies
  • Expand Quantum Systems’ footprint in the land ecosystem
  • Act as a point of contact for Bundeswehr stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer requirements
  • Prepare and lead account reviews
  • Conduct presentations and strategic planning sessions
  • Monitor contract performance
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve issues timely
  • Collaborate with internal teams
  • Align on customer needs and deliverables
  • Stay informed about Bundeswehr procurement processes
  • Understand organizational structures and defense market trends
