- •Ability to thrive in a global matrix organization and influence stakeholders

- •Lead Sales Excellence projects and stakeholder interviews
- •Analyze quantitative and qualitative data for improvements
- •Support hands-on implementation of initiatives
- •Introduce advanced tools and data-driven processes
- •Optimize pricing performance with monitoring systems
- •Establish and moderate expert communities for knowledge sharing
