Tasks

- Scale inbound qualification for faster, consistent lead handling
- Lead by example and mentor other SDRs
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership
- Turn strategy into repeatable, predictable pipeline generation
- Qualify first-touch leads and establish best practices
- Build pipeline through multi-channel outbound execution
- Align with Account Executives for effective handovers
- Provide call coaching and message reviews
- Handle objections and maintain pipeline discipline
- Own the SDR operating system and drive adoption
- Align cross-functionally for ICP focus and campaign execution
- Manage KPIs for continuous performance improvement
- Conduct disciplined performance reviews
