Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or comparable discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development or alliance management
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets
  • Proven track record in managing distributor partnerships
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong intercultural skills with experience in cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in another major Middle East language is a nice to have
  • Persuasiveness and resilience with strong communication skills
