Requirements
- 2+ years strong Rust coding experience
- Experience with Ruby, Python, Go, JS, Java
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Knowledge of multiprocessing and memory management
- Experience developing high-performance async applications with Rust
- Experience with tokio (preferred)
- Good understanding of network protocols and stacks
- Good understanding of classic and NoSQL databases
- Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Understanding of Linux environment
- Golang/Ruby knowledge (plus)
- Experience with WASM (plus)
- Open Source contributions (plus)
- Readiness to work remotely with distributed teams
- Spoken English for technical interview and work
- Result-oriented problem solver
- Proactive in problematic areas
- Openness to new technologies and project switching
- Readiness to travel for business
