In this role, you will drive enterprise and operational risk management by overseeing global frameworks, preparing executive reports, and fostering a strong risk culture across the company's international locations.

Requirements

• •University degree or equivalent qualification
• •5+ years of professional experience
• •Project management skills are a plus
• •Basic knowledge of regulatory environment
• •Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills

Tasks

• •Coordinate risk oversight and reporting centrally and locally
• •Drive key operational risk initiatives and ad-hoc projects
• •Update the company's risk strategy and policies
• •Roll out global risk management governance and methodologies
• •Train and coordinate risk officers across all locations
• •Manage the global non-financial risk management lifecycle
• •Perform risk assessments for new projects and services
• •Design and implement annual risk awareness campaigns
• •Prepare reports for the quarterly Risk Committee and Board
• •Collaborate with safeguarding functions and first-line defense
• •Develop cross-functional projects and initiatives
• •Provide guidance and conduct risk management training sessions
• •Assist the first line of defense with client assurance reporting
