Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
  • •Professional Engineer or Certified Fire Protection Specialist Designation (desired)
  • •Many years of highly protected risk, specialized industry and/or boiler and machinery field experience
  • •Knowledge of light to high hazard occupancies
  • •Strong communication skills in German and English
  • •Ability to work in a flexible environment
  • •Ability to perform inspections of buildings and structures
  • •Ability to read construction drawings and diagrams

Education

Bachelor's degree

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Perform property loss prevention reviews of commercial accounts
  • •Document account review results in a data-driven application
  • •Conduct periodic client service meetings with underwriting, brokers, and clients
  • •Analyze and manage risk improvements for accounts
  • •Work with clients to prioritize and implement risk improvements
  • •Translate client needs into a client service plan
  • •Conduct property loss prevention surveys at key client facilities
  • •Technically analyze loss prevention attributes of facilities
  • •Conduct consultative visits and witness fire protection equipment testing
  • •Provide engineering data system support and guidance
