- •Experience working in the humanitarian sector
- •People management or supervisory experience advantageous
- •Risk and compliance management certification desirable
- •Fluency in English
- •Knowledge of French or additional languages
- •Proficiency in analytical tools and dashboards

Tasks
- •Design and refine risk management methodologies
- •Develop and maintain global risk dashboards
- •Create operational guidelines for risk experts
- •Coordinate collaboration between HQ and field teams
- •Develop risk-aware culture through learning materials
- •Conduct training sessions for diverse audiences
- •Manage institutional risk documentation and policies
- •Facilitate risk analysis and register processes
- •Advise risk owners on emerging trends
- •Define target risk exposure and performance indicators
- •Analyze risk trends and mitigation efficiency
- •Report consolidated risk analysis to management
- •Build BI dashboards and analytical databases
- •Share best practices across the global network
- •Liaise with control testing and monitoring units
- •Contribute to internal and donor reporting
