Requirements

  • •University degree in business, economics, mathematics, or science
  • •Excellent understanding of commodity trading and trading life cycle
  • •Skilled manager with trust and rapport-building abilities
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • •Advanced programming skills in SQL, Python, or C#
  • •Highly motivated and pragmatic with teamwork skills
  • •Experience in commodity regulations, treasury platforms, or hedging deal structures
  • •Proficiency in German
  • •Demonstrated courage and ability to build collaborative relationships

Tasks

  • •Lead analysis of FX exposures
  • •Execute hedges to protect against losses
  • •Enhance transparency for non-EUR cash flows
  • •Produce weekly and monthly liquidity reports
  • •Inform decision-making for RWEST and RWE Group
  • •Continuously improve risk management methods
  • •Enhance processes and systems frameworks
  • •Support credit risk control by distributing risk reports
  • •Price and calculate credit exposures for trading initiatives
  • •Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Corporate Finance, Treasury, Market Risk, and commercial teams
