Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Physics, or comparable field
  • Deep understanding of test methods and measurement techniques for RF, communications, and/or radar
  • Practical experience in software and hardware debugging and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in RF/mmWave system-level simulation tools (e.g., Keysight SystemVue)
  • Experience with full-wave EM simulation tools (e.g., HFSS)
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB)
  • Basic knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Solid project management capabilities

  • Characterize RF components and devices
  • Model RF component behavior
  • Design RF demonstrators for mmWave and sub-THz applications
  • Prototype RF demonstrators
  • Build RF demonstrators
  • Collaborate with international partners
  • Mentor working students
  • Support knowledge transfer
  • Ensure ISO9001/IATF16949 compliance
