Tasks
- •Define and execute the commercial strategy
- •Develop the operational roadmap for xDR motions
- •Implement processes to enhance sales productivity
- •Analyze pipeline and sales data for trends
- •Report performance metrics to commercial leadership
- •Collaborate with Finance on budgets and forecasts
- •Design commission plans and sales targets
- •Refine sales processes to remove bottlenecks
- •Assess and optimize the sales technology stack
- •Align go-to-market strategies across departments
- •Streamline cross-team workflows for customer journeys
- •Prepare performance presentations for the Executive Team
