Description

Scientific experiments and large-scale model training on structured business data for world model exploration. Hands-on experience training foundation models at scale required. Flexible working models, 30 days vacation.

Requirements

• •PhD, Master’s degree in relevant disciplines
• •5+ years of Machine Learning experience
• •Experience training foundation models at scale
• •Knowledge of Foundation Models research trends
• •Hands-on Data Engineering experience
• •Fluency in Python and coding skills
• •SAP Application developer experience (advantageous)
• •Strong communication and collaboration skills

Tasks

• •Advance the field of foundation models on structured data
• •Explore world models for solving business problems
• •Execute scientific experiments on internal and public data
• •Enable large-scale access to business data
• •Facilitate model training in a research-driven environment
• •Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmark suites
• •Drive internal and external exploration of novel tasks
• •Collaborate with domain specialists and data owners
• •Analyze business data for foundation model training
• •Develop new training and benchmark datasets
• •Integrate rich semantic context with large-scale business data
• •Make critical design decisions for underlying technologies
• •Implement selected underlying technologies
• •Release models and frameworks to the open-source community
• •Publish benchmarks and models at scientific conferences
• •Work with academic partners to solve business problems
