You will bridge the gap between research and production by building the scalable pipelines and infrastructure that turn ambitious generative AI ideas into magical design features for millions of users.

Requirements

• •Strong software engineering skills in Python
• •Experience building production-grade ML systems
• •Experience owning ML model pipelines
• •Experience with RGBA and layered images
• •Experience with large-scale ML workflows
• •Solid understanding of ML training requirements
• •Experience with AWS and distributed storage
• •Ability to operate in ambiguous spaces
• •Strong communication and collaborative mindset
• •Ownership and quick iteration skills
• •Experience with multimodal data (desirable)
• •Experience building synthetic data pipelines (desirable)
• •Experience building research impact demos (desirable)
• •Familiarity with evaluation and monitoring (desirable)
• •Prior research or open-source experience (desirable)

Tasks

• •Partner with Research Scientists on multimodal generative AI
• •Translate research hypotheses into practical systems
• •Evolve reusable training, inference, and evaluation pipelines
• •Standardize pipelines across different teams
• •Convert experimental Python code into production-ready code
• •Build large-scale data and evaluation pipelines
• •Enable lightweight experiments for fast hypothesis testing
• •Optimize models for performance, latency, and cost
• •Collaborate with stakeholders to align shared approaches
• •Translate cutting-edge research into actionable product features
• •Identify and resolve infrastructure and data bottlenecks
