Requirements
- Business proficiency in German and English (C1 level)
- Passion for quantitative market research and agile software technologies
- Degree in economics, social sciences, or psychology (focus: market research, marketing, or statistics)
- 3+ years experience in survey-based marketing research
- Strong knowledge of study and questionnaire design
- Firm grasp of quantitative methods (A/B tests, MaxDiff, TURF, Conjoint, Van Westendorp, Implicit/System 1)
- Exceptional project management skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure

Tasks
- Conduct research projects from concept to recommendation.
- Guide clients through complex research needs.
- Design sophisticated online surveys.
- Deliver bespoke and novel insights and approaches.
- Develop product expertise.
- Respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Integrate software into clients' daily workflows.
- Train new customers on software.
- Promote independent software usage.
- Collaborate with client development to foster partnerships.
- Collaborate with product development for feedback.
- Ensure close product market fit.
