Tasks
- Develop new relationships and acquire customers in Germany
- Deepen client relationships by proactively addressing needs and expectations
- Introduce solutions to strengthen client portfolios
- Collaborate with product specialists to create customized solutions
- Work with Case Manager on client onboarding and retention
- Ensure compliance with KYC and other regulatory deliverables
- Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase client share of wallet
- Share market updates and trends to enhance client experience
- Drive innovation in client solutions and business development
- Execute strategic initiatives at all levels
- Network with clients to discover new business opportunities
- Administer client credit relationships and oversee processes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Citi's policies
- Assess risks in business decisions to protect the firm's reputation
