Senior Regulatory Analyst(m/w/x)
Planning and updating financial crisis and recovery plans for a European energy clearing house. Banking regulation or crisis management knowledge required. Childcare facilities, meal allowance, and flexible mobile working.
Requirements
- Studies in finance, banking, law, or economics
- Knowledge or experience in banking regulation or crisis management
- Knowledge of central counterparty clearing or energy markets
- Good MS Office, especially Excel skills
- Competencies in database programs, programming language, or statistical analysis
- Very good written and spoken English skills (C2 level minimum)
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Independent working style
- Ability to dig into processes, regulation, and data
Tasks
- Plan for ECC financial crisis situations
- Update ECC recovery plan
- Support recovery process implementation
- Collect information for ECC resolution plan
- Validate and provide information to regulators
- Develop approaches to ensure ECC resolvability
- Align with legal, operational, and risk management departments
- Follow up with ECC regulators
- Maintain tools for recovery scenario calculations
- Validate input data for recovery indicators
- Challenge analyses performed by other departments
