- Ensure excellence from ingredient check to product launch
- Drive the dietary supplement/nutraceutical category
- Serve as expert and advisor for the category team
- Manage new NEM projects throughout the product life cycle
- Perform ingredient checks for the German market
- Qualify raw materials for the German market
- Ensure recipe compliance for the German market
- Conduct label checks for the German market
- Oversee change control processes for current products
- Implement measures based on evolving regulatory requirements
- Improve internal workflows
- Build robust resource databases
- Ensure consistent regulatory approach across the department
- Monitor regulatory developments
- Perform portfolio reviews with the Regulatory Affairs team
- Ensure marketability in cooperation with Product Development
- Ensure marketability in cooperation with Editorial
- Ensure marketability in cooperation with Quality departments
- Report directly to the Team Lead Regulatory Affairs
- Manage communication with external partners
- Manage communication with legal counsel regarding marketability
Work Experience
- 5 - 7 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
