Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- •At least 5 years of direct sales and key account management
- •Experience in network infrastructure, industrial IoT, or OEM-focused business models
- •Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
- •Proven success in managing key accounts and driving sales growth
- •Strong commercial and technical acumen
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and German
- •Proficiency with CRM tools and standard business productivity software
- •Strong understanding of OEM business models and value proposition design
- •Knowledge of IoT and Edge AI technologies
- •Experience developing regional go-to-market strategies

- •Develop and execute comprehensive account plans for strategic accounts
- •Identify and close high-value opportunities in complex sales cycles
- •Engage with multiple stakeholders, including technical decision-makers and procurement teams
- •Proactively pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- •Target new customer acquisition
- •Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders
- •Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market insights and solution recommendations
- •Organize and lead regular business and technical reviews with customers
- •Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
- •Monitor market trends and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
- •Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to position innovative solutions
- •Align with Field Application Engineers, Product Managers, and Technical Support
- •Deliver detailed sales forecasts, account plans, and progress reports
- •Share field insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
- •Achieve or exceed assigned revenue and growth targets
- •Develop and maintain strategic account plans with clear objectives and milestones
- •Grow and manage opportunity pipeline to 3x target revenue
- •Develop and maintain a regional go-to-market strategy for network infrastructure and physical security markets
